Do Farm Rio clothes smell of patchouli when new?

Just got a jumpsuit delivered. It’s definitely a return as it was out of stock online and then this one size was available for about a minute. Have never purchased from FR before and can’t decide if the smell of hippy shops in the south west in the 1990s is their vibe or the vibe of the woman who sent this back. Any ideas?

They spray it with some rank perfume i had to air my dress for a week.
