Yellow dress?

Not sure if I'm being too narrow minded but can you wear yellow if you have dark blonde hair?
I will be reasonably tanned if that makes a difference. I have seen so many nice yellow dresses this year.

I particularly like yellow with blonde hair if you also wear some white somewhere too. It makes the yellow extra fresh and crisp.
