Where to look for wedding guest dress for preteen?

My DD is in that awkward in-between stage! She's only 10, but an early developer, and wearing a mixture of 12-13 / 13-14yrs or for some things she can wear a women's size 6 or 8.
A lot of the "children's" dresses don't suit because of her bust, but equally there's either not enough there to fill out an adult size OR she looks a bit indecent, or like I am trying to make my child look older, which is of course not the case!!
We have a wedding coming up this summer. Please, any suggestions of where we can look? Can find most major stores, living on the outskirts of London. I already have H&M and New Look on my list as both have "teen" ranges, although who knows if we will find anything suitable!

Verbadet are good for this- they go up to age 14 but have lots of age appropriate dresses. I think they're online only but the returns process is very easy if things don't fit.
