Has anyone had a lip lift?

If you have, are you happy with results and how long did scar take to heal. Am thinking of having this done and would love to hear of anyone that has experience of this procedure. Thanks

No, but I’ve spoken to people who have, and it’s a risky surgery as the scar is often obvious and the satisfaction rating is quite low. It can also change the nostrils and cause the nose to look different/wider along the base.

I was offered it (for extra fee) by an enthusiastic surgeon as part of other work I was interested in.
I was put off by a YouTube video I watched in which the poor woman really struggled for days post surgery.
Your diet has to be very soft, it's a painful recovery and - though the woman was pleased with the end result - I honestly couldn't see any difference at all 😬

If you want to see the results of lip lifts just look at some South Korean actresses. Some are so bad that the Joker comes to mind. They are also very obvious, as the outer corners of the lips look oddly rounded.
