Hi , does anyone buy from ASOS ? I’ve been reading mixed reviews on their returns

Yes I’ve ordered and returned a lot! I generally like the clothes but return a lot cos I either impulse buy or somethings too small. Returning is easy, I just take it to my local Asda that has a ‘to you’ parcel collection/returns or take it to the post office, refund is usually prompt within 5 days, only issue is you don’t get refunded the postage of your paid for delivery x

Ive only returned one thing which was rather expensive, and the returns process was fast, no issues, hassle free. Just a warning though, they sent an email out a while ago saying that accounts that return frequently will be limited.

Usually it’s a fast returns process, but the last few times I’ve had issues. Clothes arrived stinking of smoke so I wanted to return, but they still wanted to charge me to return them even though they were technically ‘faulty’. The time after that the refund took over a month to come through, the time after that the refund again took an age and when it did arrive had some of the refund missing, which then took another few weeks. I haven’t ordered since.
