I used to shop there years ago, way before DCs. I’m quite petite and the quality seemed to be better than other fast fashions out there. They also had a physical store around where I lived at the time.
Recently, I needed some occasion wear and was having no luck with most shops that I typically buy from. So I remembered about Missguided and found some pieces I thought I liked. Made the order, and here’s where things started getting a bit weird.
The Royal Mail notification stated a random company in their text advising of delivery date. I googled the company as I didn’t put two and two together at the time, I couldn’t really find anything. Package turned up, in a SHEIN bag and I was even more confused! Opened, all Missguided bags inside. Fine. I thought maybe they share a warehouse.
Well they all looked terrible, nothing like the pictures so I needed to return them. But the returns Policy turned out to be designed to essentially discourage you from returning. You have to fill in a form and they will email you with instructions. They don’t cover returns so you have to (not just pay which I’m fine with), you have to arrange your own courier. And wait for it! When I was sent the address, I’m supposed to be addressing the package to a random woman instead of a business!!
This is not my recollection of the brand at all! What has happened!
