Anyone else having issues with Boohoo? I’ve been trying to log in/contact them for three days now.
The app says my account doesn’t exist, forgot password option sends me no email, all of their ‘contact us’ options direct me to Debenhams who do not respond.
I’m waiting for a refund since April, over €100. I see some comments on their insta that the Boohoo app has disappeared from app stores outside of the UK, and that people with premier accounts (paying fee for free delivery) have been deleted with no explanation?
Does it sound like app/website issues or more? They don’t seem to have addressed it anywhere or replied to any comments.
