I am early 40's, 5'3 and feeling pretty down aboit my weight and size right now. I'm apple shape as well, so all fat sits on my middle - but also arms. I have a small bust and average bum.
I'm after any Instagram accounts or even brands or summer styles that you can recommend for apple shapes - bonus if it's for shorter people too. I need to be inspired!
My fav recent buys have been the Adele dress from Fat Face and leopard print adidas bottoms, which I wear with black vest top and open black shirt over the vest.
A good tip I've found is to opt for v-necks or in the absence of v-necks, a long necklace. It helps draw the eye down and creates a more flattering shape.
