Work trip help!

Help! I'm going on a 2 night trip with clients to a Balearic island next month and have no idea what to wear.

I am around an 8/10 pear shaped, no boobs, redhead, pale skin, middle aged. Look good in green, want to look fabulous and effortless. No itinerary as yet but likely to include a couple of posher evening meals. Ideas for footwear welcomed too. Ive bought some brown heeled gladiator style sandals from New Look.

I have some bikinis but lately lost some weight and so swimwear for flatter chested pear shapes appreciated!

Also ideas for a smart beach bag, possibly wicker but packs easily or could double as handbag for trip. Only taking a small 10kg carry on case and my enormous sun hat 🤣

Thanks @xmasdealhunter I like both of those and the styling tips for the dress. I have packing cubes so will use those - we usually use them for camping where we take the kitchen sink but I can see they'll be useful here too 😊
