Brunch to evening outfit

Hi!

im doing a bottomless brunch to evening drinks day for my friends 30th birthday - really struggling for what to wear! Since having my daughter i feel like most of my clothes are probably quite out of date and i need a bit of a style refresh!

im 5 9, late 20s, hourglass size 10 but with quite broad shoulders (don’t generally suit halter necks or strapless things for this reason).

what would you wear, and VERY importantly, what shoes would you wear??? I have heels (don’t really want to wear heels), scruffy trainers, work shoes and sandals I’d wear to the beach. I need some shoes for this type of thing but have no idea what!

Jeans and a nice top are a safe bet, I go for the general rule of wide trousers small top. Halara is a good place to have a look, I like a lot of the tops they have in at the moment Women's T-Shirts & Tops - Halara and their jeans are good too- really comfy. In terms of shoes, Adidas sambas are very in (vinted have lots of pairs new with tags), or if you want something more 'formal', ballet flats with jeans are back in.
