Outfit for funeral - do I need a jacket?

It's perfect and you don't need a jacket but will it be cold in church?
Have you got a long black scarf/wrap that you could put over your shoulders?
I have a long Ted Baker scarf that doubles as wrap, it's light weight and I can hold it easily in one hand or tie it to my bag.
