I do hope this means they're getting ready to re-launch online orders. I read they're losing £4m per day from online sales and I am CHAMPING AT THE BIT to place an order.

I am short of arse so really depend on them for trouser and dress lengths, even if that’s a bit too humus and avocado for one particular Working Class Hero posting upthread.

Whyyyyy did this have to happen??? I’ve BEEN patient. It is TIME, M&S!

I rang customer services on Friday about something I returned to a store on Easter Saturday and they refunded it there and then @fruitandvegoverload .

I’ve also had absolutely tons of spam from ‘M&S’.

It must be a very difficult time for M&S, I am missing being able to order online too, they were always my go to, to order gifts/flowers etc, click & collect was a very useful option. I am sure they are doing everything they can to trade again online. Cybercrime is a very real threat to business, whether large or small.

I tried to log in and couldn’t. Tried reset password link and though I used it immediately, it said link had expired. Rinse and repeat. Very worried about this

My data has been stolen several times, the Capita hack, Caravan and Motorhome Club ransomware attack, JD Sports hack and now probably M&S, I have had no spam, no suspect emails, no phone calls or phishing attempts.

@fruitandvegoverload try that address, I had a similar issue a few weeks ago and they sorted it via email pretty quickly.
