Filler for sagging jowls!

jenniabc · 12/05/2025 19:54

I’m 46, post menopausal and have recently lost nearly 2 stone. So things are not on my side regarding face/gravity/sagging😭😱

Im not adverse to the idea of a face & neck lift - either now or in the next few years, but am also pondering filler.

I’ve previously had lip filler but never had it in cheeks or anywhere else on face.

Can filler alone help with sagging cheeks/jowls?

Is it better to go straight to surgical option?

Any experience/advice welcome. Thank you!

Filler will only help a little, surgery is the gold standard

You could have lower face botox which could help your jowls.

I’m going to my first consultation this week with an aesthetician who advertises that Botox can assist with jowls. Mine are beginning to get on my nerves.

Definitely Botox , gives amazing results , also micro needling monthly is a game changer.
