Period swimwear

Has anyone tried any period swimwear? I’m due to go on holiday in ten days and my period is due in… ten days. Any ideas?? Periods are normally very heavy 😌

If anyone knows how I can delay it for a few days I’d also be very grateful! Thanks in advance!

You can buy noristherone tablets that delay your period. I used them last year for my holiday and they were fine

Does that mean that menstrual blood is in the pool? Eeek!

You can get a pill from the doctor to delay it I think?

I’d second noristherone. It wasn’t 100% effective for me though so also take san pro with you. Period pants and period swimwear work well for me but I usually have a tampon too.
