Teeth whitening help

Can anyone recommend any home whitening kits that genuinely work?

The last few years my teeth have come increasingly yellow, despite seeing the hygienist every 3-6 months :(

Interested to see recommendations too. My dentist charges £500 for a whitening programme so I’d rather see if I can do it at home myself!

I know a lot of people say the whitening strips you can get in the US are very good but I don’t know anyone going over there right now!

I think the peroxide percentage in over the counter kits is lower than the ones used by dentists, so they’re often not as good. You can shop around dentists though for something like this, most offer whitening and it’s something that you can find promotions on sometimes. Mine charges around £200 for a whitening kit and custom made bleaching trays.

Just go to your dentist. Using an illegal bleaching agent bought from Amazon can really damage your teeth.
