I really like this top https://www.phase-eight.com/product/janet-textured-tank-10007570100.html#cgid=knitwear&is=true&sz=60&start=0&isSecondPage=false&pid=10007570100&pos=0 www.phase-eight.com/product/janet-textured-tank-10007570100.html#cgid=knitwear&is=true&sz=60&start=0&isSecondPage=false&pid=10007570100&pos=0]]]] but the cream colour does nothing for me as I’m so pale myself. Anything that isn’t white or cream or black would be better for me.

I like the shape, particularly the sleeve, it’s just the right length) and that it is relaxed but not too long or baggy (as I’m short and petite).

I’m a size 10-12 and 5 foot 1 so can’t wear anything too long. Help please!

There was something like this in the garden centre at the weekend- think it was Barbour but it was a slightly warmer oatmeal rather than cream.

I've got a cashmere grey tank from Jigsaw (currently in stock I think) but its a different style - more fitted.

Following as I'm interested to see what other links come up - I used to have one like this from Hennes that was beige and it was one of my most worn items.

Thank you. The sleeve in that one is quite different though, I don’t think it will suit me. The search continues! I agree that it would get a load of wear, especially this time of year.

@GreenFressia just linking to this in case it would be good for you. It’s the wrong colour for me unfortunately, and the knit is too wide anyway, but it’s a nice top (monsoon via John Lewis)

Thanks for the suggestions.

the mohair one would be too deep a v on me as I’m so short, and I have strong memories of my mum spending six months knitting me a green mohair jumper in the 1990s that I then had to wear loads to justify the time and cost of the wool, so I don’t think mohair is for me!

the green heavy knit one is the type I’ve had in the past and is heavier than what I had in mind.

I’m searching for the holy grail, clearly

The BAM one comes in 3 different colours, as does the Whistles one. The Seasalt one’s armholes looks very different in the photos/worn to the flat-lay picture but worth a look if you want a more vibrant colour

Thank you! The Tatuum one is the closest to what I had in mind, I will try the pale blue.
