Best colourful basics

I'm bored to death with the blue and black clothes that make up 90% of my wardrobe. I'm looking for some colour for summer so trying to avoid neutrals that seem to be everywhere. I find reds, yellows and greens suit me quite well but I have approximately one top for each of these colours so I want a wee variety. Where can I get some good, coloured basic t-shirts and vest tops that aren't going to cost a lot?

What sort of budget? I follow Style Me Happy facebook group and someone posted a photo the other day taken in Asda of loads of brightly coloured stuff. George's offerings might be worth a look if you're happy with supermarket basics.
