Thinning hair post pregnancy - help!

My little one is now a year and 4 months - however I've noticed that since he was born my hair has thinned quite a bit and it is very lifeless. Any tips on how to make it happy again?!

My hair thinned out (fell out a lot) due to the medication I am on. I have been using this (from Tesco) and it's making a big difference.

I am 9m pp and have always struggled with hair growth after my pregnancies. This time round I have been using Champo pita hair growth serum. It has given me so much new hair growth. I have ensured I've kept on top of my vitamin levels too as low iron and b12 previously didn't help.
