I ordered a bag from LRM Goods over four weeks ago. Although the return process was slow, I sent it back right away, using a tracked delivery through Royal Mail. I still haven't received my refund. I've emailed them, but all my messages are bouncing back. No one is answering the live chat. I'm starting to get a little concerned. Does anyone know if they're still operating?
