Best fake tan?

What do we think ladies? I’ve been using Skinny Tan mousse. It’s ok, but I wondered what you’re all using that you’re happy with? I think I prefer something where I can see the colour going on rather than something that’s clear or white then develops as I don’t trust myself to cover properly. Am open to suggestions though!
I’d really appreciate recommendations please!
Thank you!

I’ve just googled this a lot and seems a lot of recommendations for Bondi Sands Dark so I’ve bought that, yet to try it though …

St Moritz great for the price

Bondi sands express aero mousse is good as well, you can remove it after a few hours and it’s often on offer

I got Bondi sands dark mousse last summer and it was great. Went to shake it up to apply yesterday and the lid flew off and it all exploded over my bathroom sink! It must have built up pressure in the bottle or something. Still usable if I'm careful, but is now more liquid than mousse. 😂

Garner summer body in dark shade is really good it’s a gradual moisturiser and looks so real, it lasts aswell and doesn’t come off scaley. I do like bindi sands but find it only lasts two days and comes off scaley.

The best I've tried is st tropez berry sorbet. I found it in b&m once for £4.99, wish I had cleared the shelves because it was flawless.

Bondi sands liquid gold! My go to always

Lavender1974 · 01/05/2025 22:31

Yeah Bondi Sands. I’ve tried many over the years and this is definitely my favourite.

EveryOtherNameTaken · 01/05/2025 22:32

Garnier. Comes in 2 shades ans fades rather than goes patchy.

Following. I'm looking for one I can use on my face that doesn't make me look yellow. Most of the ones I have tried just make me look sallow rather than bronzed.

I use Bondi Sands Technicolor express tan in Emerald. Sounds wild, it’s not really green. It’s nice for a bit of a natural tan but it’s not really dark. I’ve heard good things about Effn tan online so have just ordered a bottle this evening.

St Tropez is the one I find the best (very white skin).
I'd say I have tried most fake tans over the years but this is always the one I go back to.

I love beautypie tanning drops for my face, and Isle of paradise clear mousse for my body, flawless and I always get compliments about my tan

I’ve just started using Coco & Eve facial mist fake tan for face and I’m blown away with how good it is! I was really cautious and just sprayed my face once (it says 3-5 sprays) and within a few hours I looked so much healthier but completely natural. It’s a real winner.

I used to religiously use Lancôme Flash Bronzer (on face and body) until it was discontinued years ago and since then I’ve never found a tan that works for me so I’ve stayed deathly white. Until now! I’m super happy and am going to try the Coco & Eve body mousse (you wash it off after 2 hours) on my arms and legs and hope it’s as good as the facial mist.
