Help finding trainers for huge feet

hello

I am not that tall (5ft 6) but I have size 8 feet. My toes are ridiculously long! I need trainers for work (spend a lot of time on site in shops and warehouses).

I also struggle with trainers that are high at the back and find they rub my heels. To be honest a lot of this is a sensory issue I think.

I don’t like trainers that have chunky soles or are white as they make my feet look like boats.

Was looking at things like Adidas Gazelles but wonder how comfy they would be?

any suggestions would be very welcome

thank you

I am like you, same height, shoe size and toes like fingers! I have several pairs of Puma Varsity in different colours (they had a bow on the back, which I removed). They seem to come up long so I have actually got them in 7.5. The suede ones are particularly comfortable

As a size 9 I wear men trainers mostly as more choice. You can get none bukly men trainers. Most brands do size 8 women trainers. Next is good for larger sizes.

Thank you both for this, didn’t think of trying men’s brands.

@ZaZathecat glad to find I am not alone with my strange toes 😂

I have a few pairs of Gazelles and I feel that they run big. I would normally be a 7.5 in Nike but with them I go down half a size to a 7 and they fit well. I made the mistake of keeping a 7.5 and my feet constantly slip in them. So maybe buy a pair in an 8 and a pair in 7.5 to be safe.
