I have lymphodema so can’t (*don’t want to) wear short sleeves. What can I wear instead in the hot weather ? Looking for full length or 3/4 length sleeves but something really lightweight to wear over t-shirts etc. I’m a size 20

What about cotton shirts? M&S have quite a few, I think I have the relaxed or oversize style, very lightweight and looks good over t shirts. I wore mine on holiday in Spain last summer, was great sun protection and very light.

I bought this in new look yesterday, very pleased with it as a light summer jacket

I’m normally size 22 but it was big so went for the 20

Yes agree with this, I burn easily so always throw a shirt on over a strappy top or dress. The M&S beach section have loads of cotton or linen options. I’m wearing one today 😎
