Long loose fitting cardi?

Going for a quick outpatient surgery in a couple of weeks and one of the items they ask you to bring is a dressing gown. I don't really wear them and the one I own is a thick winter one which I imagine I'll cook in if I wore it in a hospital.

I was thinking of just buying a long loose cardi as it's something I'd wear again (unlike a dressing gown). I'm struggling to find one which is long and loose, most seem to be loose and cropped. Has anyone seen anything which may be suitable? Budget around £50 ish.

Woolovers have this sort of thing at your budget. They also have a fine wool dressing given which looks like a long cardigan. This might be perfect but is over budget at about £90 from memory.

What about a button up shirt in a dark colour? There's the beach cover up type in the shops at the moment, just size up.
