Looks like it might not be ‘high street’ so trickier to find.

It looks quite Japanese inspired so it could be a one off or vintage piece and tricky to find exactly. A lot of a the quilted jackets around at the moment are floral and have fastenings which this one doesn’t seem to. You could look on Etsy where makers use old Japanese fabrics to make contemporary items ( they use old Indian fabrics too) or look at a Japanese specialist. This jacket is similar.

Good shout on the Roake studio by a PP… I actually had pinned a quilted jacket of theirs. They make to order I think.
