Tretinoin. Where do you purchase?

I've been using Skin&Me and have found that tret really has made a difference to my skin.I was looking for somewhere cheaper as I really want to keep using tret. I found a place online called Pharmasonline. I was a bit wary as their payment system uses the Stripe Payment System, which I'd never heard of. Mark got in contact and said he'd send me the cream and I could pay when it arrived. It arrived today.
Just wanted to give them a shout out as there are so few options when it comes to purchasing Tret in the UK.

I’ve bought from them twice now and had very quick delivery , I used Apple Pay. No problems so far

midlandsmummy123 · 12/05/2025 21:33

The address on their website is actually the address for a pub in Chelmsford - seems dodgy.

Shegotanology · 13/05/2025 11:06

@midlandsmummy123 I've purchased twice with no problems.

If you know anyone going to the middle East you can get it in chemists there just over the counter, no prescription needed (which was also the case for Spain/Canaries until last year unfortunately) My friend had a stop over in Doha recently and picked up a few tubes in the airport pharmacy! It's very cheap (around £10) I think I've also read that you can buy it over the counter in Turkish pharmacies too (again, much cheaper than here) so maybe ask if any friends/family are going they could pick you up a couple of tubes.

I did look at using those but I was sceptical 😂 but I’m glad I was as I ended up finding a slightly cheaper place to order it from and they always seem to have stock and it arrives in a couple of days. Bonus!

UmberMoose · 22/06/2025 14:34

I have been getting it online generally and here goes my routine with tretinoin:
Morning:
Using water to wash your face,
Sebamed clear face gel,
Garnier spf
Evening:
Cerave moisturizer,
Tretinoin (0.1) from skinorac
Sebamed clear facial gel

I would be doubtful about getting it from them - it might not be the real thing!

Hey - which cream did you go for? Ive ordered the tret cream usp ret-grow-a 0.025 and its arrived today but i still feel skeptical to put it on my face

PiggyPigalle · 16/09/2025 10:54

I've had at least 17 tubes from pharmas-online, I use it on hands too. Never had a problem with product, payment or free delivery. Just had another last week.
There's also 10% off for both if introducing someone, though I don't bother with that.
I have no connection with the company, live 136 miles from them. I found and posted about them last year as my usual supplier was stocking a Turkish brand which I found hard to spread, horrible stuff and very drying.

haha this sounds very much like a sales post!

TheOliveFinch · 16/09/2025 11:44

@Longtimeposter I but the tretiheal as I like the texture and find it less drying than some others. I buy the 0.05%

I’ve a friend visiting Dubai soon, I’ll bear this in mind!!!!! Thank you

Wriggle wriggle. So I'm a salesperson promoting old stock now.
I was in sales for a good part of my career, I assure you that any salesperson worth their job would have included a link to the company.

I don't normally go to this trouble, but I'm bored, waiting for paint to dry. Lick Supreme matt Green 04, in case you don't believe me.
For your benefit as you don't want anything old on your face, my latest delivery.

Exp Date 11/27

GimmieABreakOr3 · 16/09/2025 13:24

I don’t like that the registered business address is for a pub in Chelmsford. I think when buying products such as tret that you are going to be using on your skin, you need to be careful. I would ONLY buy this from reputable sources!!!

Some thing just seems off with the packing and the product. I’m not convinced. I was just looking for people who have used it and are ok - for reassurance

the box and tube don’t feel right to me

@Longtimeposter I’ve previously used that one as well. Tretinoin is a very cheap ingredient so there is little incentive to produce a fake product. Any businesses in the uk are acting as distributors having imported from a foreign pharmacy

You’ve used the same cream? How did you find it

TheOliveFinch · 16/09/2025 14:54

It was fine but I definitely prefer the texture of the tretiheal

LadyDanburysHat · 16/09/2025 14:57

I bought the cream recently from Pharmasonline. Does anyone use the gel and find it better? I'm not keen on the dream, but not sure if the gel will be any different.
