dermaplanning and tret

i have recently signed up to dermatica and my prescription is 0.025% tretinoin and 4% Niacinamide - im not convinced this is the best prescription for me, but following their advice. My premenapausal skin is prone to break outs, i have obvious rosacea and i have large pores, but there were a few emails back and forth before that was prescribed. But anyway im prepared to follow their advice and try this and see how i get on.

I also have a lot of fuzzy hair on my face now, i think its more obvious since weight loss (6stone). I have had dermapanning done before, but is this wise with a tret based treatment? I havent started using the product yet, but could delay starting to have demaplanning done first, im just "concerned" it isnt something i could go back to having regularly whilst using tret and the fuzz getting worse.

Any tips?

I dermaplane at home no issues and use tret, just not on the same night
