Shampoo for after keratin straightening treatments (salt free or not?)

Does the shampoo need to be salt free to "keep" the treatment going? If so any recommendations?

The one I've long used is now £30 a bottle which is crazy.

I was told to buy the branded on from salon and it was £30ish so I bought the OGX Brazilian keratin straight shampoo instead and it's doing a job. I had my blow dry in February

Thank you. Not sure that is sodium chloride free but it sounds like it's sulfates that need avoiding not salt?

I've always been told you need an SLS (sodium laureth sulphate) free shampoo, OP - I used to use Kerastase in my pre-children days when I had more money which was great, but any will do if it's SLS free - for example, this one from Sainsbury's is more budget friendly!

Kicking self that for YEARS I've confined myself to salt free as well as sulfate free shampoo and probably didn't need to avoid the salt!!!
