Did you start using Tret in your 50’s? If so, please tell me what benefits you’ve seen

Am thinking about changing from Medik 8 Crystal Retinal to Tret and would love to hear experiences of anyone who started using Tret in their mid/late 50s. Is it worth it just for fine lines, some enlarged pores and I guess the effects of loss of collagen (though I don’t expect it to fix that!). Also, which provider do you favour? Thanks!

I started using it in my mid 50s, been using it for a couple of years. I started with skin and me, but I didn't notice much change so swapped to Dermatica whi h I have better results from. My sunspots have faded, the texture of my skin has improved a lot and fine lines have faded. I get a glow that people comment on, I no longer wear tinted moisturiser, no need! The first couple of .months are a bit of a challenge, need a good moisturiser, but it's worth persevering.

I started early but my mom started at the age of 55 and it is improved her skin. Here goes her routine:
Morning:
Using water to wash your face,
Sebamed clear face gel,
Garnier spf
Evening:
Cerave moisturizer,
Tretinoin (0.1) from skinorac
Sebamed clear facial gel
