Just trying outfits on for holiday. Was planning on travelling in this. The silver top is loose sleeveless which I know looks fab with the jeans but need a jacket with it - I quite like the combo but I’m not sure about denim on denim and if it’s a no no

You wear that kind of top just for travelling?

@Clockface8 I usually wear T-shirts and cargo trousers for travelling haha. Trying to decide what to do this time. A child free holiday 🎉

@Hayley1256 I have a pair like that from Matalan and one from Tu- it was actually a contender for travel so going to try on now

I love this outfit, would look perfect with white trainers. Although I have to say for travelling I always go leggings or joggers with a hoodie and trainers for comfort 🤣 if they’ll be comfortable for travelling in though go for it!

It works for me. I think the white/blue denim combination looks good.

Thanks everyone. I’ve decided on wide leg khaki green trousers with a sparkly stripe. They are super comfy and in hindsight better than travelling in jeans! Paired with a white T shirt and a brown bomber style hoodie.I’ll save the above outfit for an evening walk.

Thank you also on commenting on my figure. I’ve been on a health journey after years and years of disordered eating. I swim 3/4 times a week and have stopped dieting and just try to look after myself in a healthier way. I have been intermittent fasting for 4 years but now in a much healthier way and I don’t plan to stop. I’m approaching peri so need a consistent plan with eating and IF works for me.

@Brienneoftarthismyhero You look fabulous and I love the outfit. You look very stylish regardless of whether it’s for travel or not. White trainers will also look good - they work well/ go with anything.
