Microneedling at home

An aesthetician that I was chatting to recently recommended micro needling to me. She said I could buy a kit and do it at home, which I appreciated as she could have gone ‘hard sell’ on me.

I didn’t like to take advantage of her and ask for recommendations as I felt I should perhaps have booked through her.

Can anyone recommend an at-home kit I could try?

I bought one from Mr Pen recently. I think it's great.

I watched lots of videos on YouTube to educate myself, and asked ChatGPT for advice on which pins to use.

How painful is it?

Do you mean Dr Pen?

Apologies. Dr Pen.

I did find it a little painful but I've very sensitive skin. I used the shortest setting. No numbing cream.

I think I will purchase numbing cream. It definitely rejuvenated my skin, and I'm looking forward to my 2nd session.
