Hair extensions

Hey, I’m just wondering does anyone have any advice about what to do in this situation? I had hair extensions (tapes) fit yesterday. They looked lovely in the salon but when I asked my partner to take a picture to send to my friend, the colour match is AWFUL!! like I’m embarrassed. I sent the picture to my hairdressers and she asked could I come in today to try and tone the warmth out of the extensions but honestly I don’t think this is going to do much. They look red. I’ve paid 570 for these extensions. Can I ask for a refund considering they’re already in my hair ? I’m so disappointed 😞 I will attach pictures to

You need to talk to the hairdresser and find out what all the options are. If she won't give a refund then she needs to work with you to colour match the extensions.
She would honestly be better off either refunding you or refitting more suitably matched extensions as it is a nightmare trying to tone extensions!
