Hair loss 😞

I'm only in my early 30's, hair used to be lovely and thick before having children but since having my youngest daughters 17 months apart, I have been losing scary amounts of hair.

I have very heavy periods and am currently on iron tablets and taking ibuprofen to make them lighter (on doctors advice which is working might I add!)
I do think I've noticed less hair loss very recently, however, it's getting quite noticeable at the front and I was wondering if there was anything that actually works to stop hair loss and promote new growth (or even a combination of things)

TIA!

Are you taking the iron alternate days and with a vitamin c tablet? That’s best for absorption
your ferritin needs to be over 75 ish for growth

If you can afford £35/month, have a look at Hair & Me.

UKLash hair serum is helping my hair regrow. I’m also using the Cornish Seaweed Bath Company shampoo and conditioner which seems to have stopped my hair falling out as much as it was… neither are cheap but I was losing scary amounts or hair so it’s worth it to me.

Don’t forget that your hormones will still be settling after pregnancies so your hair will most likely settle down naturally too.
