Help me get back into skincare ect

So I've always loved skincare, make up, hair and nails.

I've gone from doing my own gels every 12 days to not doing them at all, I brought a new skincare routine at xmas yet I haven't moisturised my face in months, I have fake tan and again I've not used it, I do put on foundation and mascara everyday but that it.

I just can't be arsed at all and I look and feel a mess. I'm just knackered I have a 17month old who doesn't sleep through an I've had a few issues with pain ect so when little one is in bed I have a bath/ shower and just cant be bothered!

Has anybody got any tips how I can get out of this rut!

I'd start with just moisturising after your shower. Build it up from there if you want to

Do you use TikTok? I follow someone called Natalie O’Neill who has reinspired me about skincare and helped me find a really good, simple routine

This was me until recently, I also have chronic pain illness and it's very difficult to find the energy to do anything.

I have found though, putting pressure on myself to use a full skincare routine is too much. Setting myself up to failure.

By using the right products, I can see and feel visible results. If my skincare is good, then I don't need makeup.

I also use a couple of specific products that I love.

I absolutely love Origins Ginzing stuff because it has a subtle.nice refreshing/tingle effect and actually works for puffiness https://m.origins.co.uk/ginzing

I also use tanning drops that I mix in with my body moisturiser so I'm reducing my steps whilst also moisturising. Using a strong scented moisturiser helps cut down on perfume too so that's another step I can cut down. I love the boots own drops https://www.boots.com/boots-glow-tanning-drops-28ml-10321271?gad_source=1&gbraid=0AAAAA-AdmwThWX3ydFf0q_MciP9PqfhXe&gclid=Cj0KCQjwzYLABhD4ARIsALySuCQMTgWA6ZrXqSRQsC-U315TuUpubKMkpW0cK7uaRG_H-0T-ykouVSYaAj6JEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds

Could you give yourself one thing to do each day ie Mondays nails, Tuesdays tan etc. Would that help spread the time involved?

I put my face cream on when getting my pjs on and hand cream on before getting into bed.

Thanks for you're suggestions!
I did my eye brows and fake tan yesterday, going to do nails tonight

I do follow a routine for my acne and glow. Here is my routine that I follow so you may try that:
Morning:
Using water to wash your face and micellar water
Sebamed clear face gel,
LRP spf
Evening:
LRP moisturizer,
Started with Tretinoin (0.025) from skinorac
Sebamed clear facial gel
