Anyone else getting 15% off showing on most clothing on M&S site, only to get to checkout and find you are charged full price?
Just spent ages hanging on the phone to finally get through and be told it’s a ‘glitch’ and there is no 15% discount.

See what you mean. That's a bit rubbish - surely can't be that difficult to remove the 15% discount and stop misleading customers.

Do you need a sparks card?

I know! Nothing on their instagram or Twitter pages either.
Actually think it’s false advertising.
Its been there for at least 3 hours that I know of. Surely some tech person at HO can remove it by now!

No, it’s not linked to Sparks card ( I have one). Advisor on phone said it was a ‘glitch’ ????

Still showing. I wonder how many have quickly gone through checkout without checking the discount has applied and now have to somehow get a refund as M&S not going to go our the lower prices shown
over 3 hours and incorrect prices still showing

Just seen an announcement that they’ve been managing a cyber incident over the last few days. Sounds like they got hacked. Which may explain this?
