Prom dress train

DD's prom dress has a small train. The tailor adjusted the dress to fit but didn't offer to put in a loop so it can be pinned up or held up.

I didn't think to ask for this at the time so am thinking of going back to have this done as I don't want DD to trip.

Or should I just leave it be?

I don’t think she will trip as much as other people will stand on it. I would get the loop as I wouldn’t want my dd to be thinking about protecting her dress rather than having a nice time.

I’d get the loop, it’ll be annoying and limiting without.
