Retinoids/retinol

Hi all. I've always been a bit scared of using retinol or retinoids because I believe/d that they can cause problems with skin in the sun (even with sunscreen)

However a friend told me that retinol /retinoids are a good way to help chest wrinkles

Can anyone put me straight on this subject and make some suggestions as to what I can use? Thanks

Does really seem to be a game changer. The only thing I have found to work really.

Try something with Bakuchiol instead. It is regarded as nature’s retinol.
