Best whitening toothpaste or whitening strips

Any recommendations for something that actually helps and gets results?

Someone commented on my teeth looking whiter - 4 weeks of Pearl Drops toothpaste (purple one)

I bought a toothbrush from spotlight oral care (which I'd highly recommend if you're in the market for a new toothbrush), and they sent me some whitening strips with it. They are really very good. I'm less impressed with their toothpaste so ditched it in favour of continuing to use arm and hammer baking soda whitening toothpaste in combination with the whitening strips. The combination has made a huge difference to the whiteness of my teeth.

Crest are god but you can’t buy them otc in the U.K. Available on Amazon though.,

Thanks all, I used to use pearl drops so will try that again and research spotlight strips. I’ll have a look on Amazon.
