Eyeliner for older eyes

Hi, I'm looking for an inexpensive eyeliner that won't tug as I put it on. Any suggestions gratefully received thanks.

I use Boots No 7 Pro Artist, it’s very gentle.

I got one recently from Aldi it goes on really easily. It’s a sort of Smokey brown shade which is quite flattering with a tiny bit of shimmer. I haven’t worn eyeliner in ages but I’ve been converted back to it.

Advice I was given that might relate is to only wear mascara on the top lashes and dot eyeliner along the bottom eyelid. It didn’t specify which eyeliner and my old eyeliner is ok with this tip
