Skater dresses

I wondered if anyone knows where I can get skater dresses and what would you style with them?

I get most of mine from Disturbia (mainly in the sales). Right now styling with thick tights, chunky boots and sometimes a slouchy cardie.
Only really wear them in tights weather so not sure about summer.
