You can buy retinol otc anywhere, Boots, Superdrug etc.
If you mean Tretinoin, which is vastly stronger and more effective than any retinol product, then you can get it on subscription from Dermatica, Skin and me and others, on Googling. You can also get it directly from abroad, and some do, with no, but it can be dodgy as to whether it’s the real thing, and some payment methods are questionable.
You can also get it on prescription from your GP, but only if prescribed for specific skin conditions, not for anti ageing.

I have bought from allday chemist in India for years and years, recently my mum tried Andorra pharmacy and she's been happy as well.

I use Farmacia Tristaina in Andorra. You email them and they will send you a price list.
I bought 3 tubes, 2x 0.025% and 1x 0.5 to make the cost of posting worthwhile.
Email address is [email protected]

I also use skin and me, they build up the dosage gradually, its quite expensive compared to the people using the online chemists but its very convenient. I've been really happy with the improvements to my skin but it did take around 5 months to see progress.

I like LRP Redermic Retinol, the Avene night cream with retinol (that night only be available in France though) and have just started using (and liking) The Ordinary,s 0.2% retinal (can't remember the difference but practically every skincare blog ahs an explainer!)
