Looking for a closed heel sandal

I have to wear orthotics, so need a closed heel and find it really difficult to find sandals. Pavers used to be my go-to (I’m in my 60s), but in recent years they’ve had hardly any. They also need to be flat-ish, but ideally not completely flat. Any recommendations please?

@ShetlandsThanks, but those wouldn’t work, as the closed heel part needs to come further along the footbed, if you see what I mean. I tried ones like that before and the orthotics just aren’t held in place and swing around. I even tried Blutaking them in place once, but it didn’t work.
