Would really appreciate some advice!

Wedding at the end of the month. Have gone for this dress but need shoes and a bag to wear with it. Have found a fascinator but any suggestions on these too would be so appreciated.

I’m worried others might have the same dress!!

I hate being too tall so would rather a lower heel

I’d go for a gold sandal, like the pic, but with a low-ish block heel. I’d pair them with a gold bag and a cream or beige fascinator.

If you want to be different, try a light mintgreen&gold large clutch, wide light mint green headband (not fascinator) and flat gold mesh shoes.

I envy you your height. I've always wanted to be 6 ft tall, wearing a beehive, and in heels!

I like orange with bright pink, these ASOS ones are lovely for a wedding

Has it been featured on any TV programmes, or in newspaper fashion articles? Or on SM? If so you could well see it on someone else if it’s a large event. Less likely at a smaller do - statistically.

For accessories - look to nature. That strong pink would be atop a purple-y green stalk and glossy green leaves. Flat dark green pointy Mary Janes, and a straw or embroidered bag incorporating both pink and green would be perfect.

Ditch the fascinator, the dress doesn’t need it (they rarely do), I think it would cheapen the look.

What bags do you have? I wouldn’t buy a new one just for a day. Lots of colours would work here (straw, red, orange, tan, different pink shade, green, etc).

I would personally go for emerald green or orange with that dress, as those colours suit my skin tone. And sky high stilettos!!

Fascinator aren’t as common as days gone by. I’d have it with me, in case everyone is wearing one, and then you can quickly put it on, but if not leave it in your car or handbag.

I’ve just googled ‘fuchsia pink dress’, and most of the images have gold shoes, some have silver.

Also, have you considered cobalt blue? (Or navy?)

Unless you want to wear sandals have a look at Gabor Jackie loafers. They come in cerise or emerald suede and silver leather with a crystal ‘buckle’ embellishment.

I’m not thinking I need a bit of a heel - not sky high…..
I love the idea of the green head band but I have crap, super fine and flat hair…. Although have the hairdresser to help!

I wouldn’t go for a fascinated, I’d wear a wide headband.

Something like this if you want matching or this if you want summery or this if you want bold.

I wouldn't bother with the fascinator as that will add more height

I think the metallic shoes is dated now & a strong colour looks more modern.

They've got loads of colours if you don’t want metallic - i think metallic is here to stay though, and is considered a neutral nowadays

I agree too about dumping the fascinator. And get any colour bag that looks good against the dress - don’t match with the shoes

Is go for nude or all black accessories
