What’s everyone wearing jacket wise in this inbetween weather? It’s too warm for winter jackets, too cool for summer wear? I’m looking for a casual jacket.

I struggle with this every year - loads of winter coats but no light jackets.

Tbh, the last few days have been warm enough for no jacket and I'm wondering if I actually need one at all. If it's raining I usually use an 'outdoor' raincoat - Berghaus or similar. If not, is there any reason why layers/jumpers won't do the job? Hmmmm...

I’m on the coast and the ne wind is chilly - I went out yesterday just in a tee shirt and jumper and was cold.

I have a lightly quilted bomber jacket that works with wider and barrel leg trousers. I’m contemplating a more oversized-fit denim jacket. I don’t suit beige tones but if you do, there are a lot of nice barn jackets and cropped trench coats around.

I'm old and old fashioned and wear either a thigh-length, dark blue denim jacket (loose fitting and soft) or a padded gilet. I have these in assorted colours and this morning I went out in a silver-grey short-waisted one over a fluro pink sweatshirt from Next and felt the Billy Bollox.

I’m wearing a quilted hip length jacket from Nobody’s Child. Bought it in the sale and wasn’t sure how much I’d wear it, but I’m reaching for it every day at the moment.
