Recommend a Shampoo

can anyone recommend a decent shampoo for hair that is frizzy when just washed but also gets greasy quite quickly ?

I've started using the Nope shampoo bars and they've been great for my hair. The peppermint one is good for greasy hair and I seem to have loads of new hair growth since I started using them. The last bar lasted me 5 months. That was double shampooing twice a week.

Didn’t know there was such a thing as a shampoo bar so thanks for this info ! I will definitely be looking into this
