Where are we getting Tret 2025 edition

As the title really. I’m running low and need to stock up. I’ve used Pharmacy Geoff and Tretinoin World in the past but they keep moving domains or being out of stock. Ideally I’d like to use PayPal but accept that might be a bridge too far.

Please don’t recommend Skin & Me etc on this thread - I’m not looking for a subscription and don’t want to pay over the odds to be ‘prescribed’ something I’ve been using for years.

I’m mostly chasing the new domains of the usual providers around the web. Most recently https://tretinoin-skincare.ueniweb.com/offerings

Thank you. Bloody hell the price has shot up hasn’t it?

Still cheaper than the subscription services! I did bring a few tubes back from Turkey but found the formula really drying.

ConstanceMartensCat · 06/04/2025 15:03

Hmmm it’s a lot cheaper on alldaychemist but I think their payment method is a bit dodgy.

Watching with interest.

I was buying. 20ml tube from Sebastian Rose £110 I think for the last tube. But switched to Uncouth which is £50 for 30ml. But after ordering it I pondered that the Uncouth bottle has Tret plus about 3 other things it, but does not specify how much of that 30ml is actually tret. So may actually be worse value than the Seb Rose deal. Plus, I’m getting a lower dose less effective amount of Tret each day. .

I've never bought Tret non subscription before but is this legit? It seems odd the different concentrations are the same price.

IReallyLoveItHere · 06/04/2025 17:12

I bought from Skinorac just before Christmas. Its in India iirc, genuine product as far as I could tell comparing to tube from pharmacy.

Anywhere that'll send it to you will want paying by a non refundable method eg PayPal family and friends, amazon vouchers, crypto. I initially spent £20ish to test then bought a year of tret and vit c serum and eyelash growth serum and my sons spot treatment for about £100. No problems for me.

This is one I haven’t seen before and I tend to be a bit wary. Have you actually ordered from them?

Bignanna · 06/04/2025 18:50

I’m wary of some of these sites, want to pay by card, not transfers, which some are asking for. I think there will more and more websites selling Tretinoin as good as they are to deal with, Dermatica and co are expensive . Just don’t want to be scammed or given dodgy products!

IReallyLoveItHere · 06/04/2025 18:55

@Bignanna by buying from abroad you are importing medicines which are only available on prescription in the UK. I'm not sure its even legal tbh and banks will not get involved in it.

Yes quite a few times from this seller, although she moves domains. You can use PayPal (not friends and family, regular merchant payments) and it’s dispatched Royal Mail 48 hour delivery.

namestevalian · 06/04/2025 18:57

Jesus some of you paying £100 .

Turkey / India / Morocco .... £3

I don’t buy from abroad, as I said, I’m wary about buying this way!

Pharmacy Geoff (uk based) is good and reliable. The 0.05 seems permanently out of stock so I'm on 0.1 now. Fine so far. £5 for tube plus £15 delivery. One tube lasts months. I'm always shocked hearing people paying huge prices, or using fancy subscription sites that are just charging you more money for basic tret with a couple of additives.

I’m a bit sceptical about these sites. I bought a tube of .05 tret from pharmaonline about 2 months ago after a recommendation on here. I’m pretty sure it’s not the real deal.
The cream is the right colour & consistency but smells really perfumed. Doesn’t make my skin sensitive at all - I could previously only use tret a max of 3 times a week. Worst of all I’ve noticed my 11s reappearing after tret had erased them!
I’m going back to skin & me as at least I know what I’m getting. Also, as I didn’t use it every day I used to pause my subscription every other month so it didn’t really work out hugely expensive.

Trousername · 07/04/2025 03:03

@Bignanna The tret is made in India, so presumably it's to cover the site's costs for import. Still way cheaper than a lot of alternatives

Lentilweaver · 07/04/2025 03:32

If you have friends or colleagues from India, it's easily available over the counter for about £2.50. The trade name is Retin A and it's available in 0.25 and 0.05 strengths.

HornyHornersPinkyWinky · 07/04/2025 06:38

I’ve been using Pharmacia Tristaina for more than 5 years now, based in Andorra.

You now have to email them your order as they are no longer allowed to advertise medicines on their website, then they send you a link to pay by card.

It’s worked fine for me so far, the only thing is the prices have gone up in the last few months. They sell Retirides in a few different strengths, and it’s now €29 per 30g tube, but they can last me for 2 or 3 months.

The main worry I have is getting them delivered, I usually only order 3 or 4 tubes at a time so it doesn’t look suspicious, and they label it as toothpaste. Unfortunately the delivery charge is about €20. Overall it costs me about €140 for the year which works out ok.

I’m not in the UK so can’t use the subscription services unfortunately.

Thanks for all the intel! I’ve placed an order with Skinorac - £35 for 6 tubes of 0.05% including delivery. Paid with an Amazon voucher and they’ve acknowledged receipt, saying it should be dispatched within 48 hours. So watch this space!
