I'm looking for one of those nail files that has a "buffing" side and a "shining" side. I have an old one (pictured) that I've had for years but that is on it's last legs. I think it was from the Body Shop but they don't sell them anymore and they didn't have any in Boots either.

Does anyone have any recommendations on how to get lovely shiny nails without polish?

I also can no longer find these. Why?! Let me know if you and I’ll report back if I do. The rectangular ones just aren’t as good

Thank you, I will check this out. Interesting that these seem to have become so hard to come by as the body shop ones were fab! I'm hoping there is something similar still available 🤞

This is the stuff they use for a Japanese manicure. It’s well worth the money as you only need to use tiny amounts so it last for ages.

There are plenty of YouTube videos showing how to use the products and your nails will stay very shiny for at least two weeks.

Pro Tip: Don’t over buff during the initial step or you’ll weaken your nails!
