Did your lips wrinkle when dissolving lips?

Hi all,
Looking for some advice. I started having lip filler 9 years ago (27 now). Last time I had them done was 2 years ago. I’ve always had juvederm used.

However they now look absoloutly terrible and I want them dissolved. They’re uneven and most of the filler has migrated above the lip. I’m hoping to get them dissolved but worried my lips and area above will wrinkle due to being stretched so much. I’ve attached a picture of my original lips compared to the monstrosity state of them now. My top lip is naturally very small but at least it was defined where as now it seems to blend into the skin. Any advice appreciated!

I would get them dissolved as yes unfortunately they do look awful.

Then you can assess them and go and see someone reputable, even if it's more expensive than the practitioner you have been seeing who has maimed you and should have not continued with injecting you.

It may be that irreversible damage has been caused by or you may be ok as you are young and still have skin elasticity.

Professional advice may be that you will still require a small amount of filler but in a different place so that any problems caused by the skin being stretched over time can be rectified.

Unfortunately you may have a period of time waiting for your lips to settle into their natural state and you might not be happy with their appearance but it's worth waiting to find out.

Good luck.
