Shoe suggestions for Work!

What shoes do you ladies wear when wearing dresses to work? I find heels very hard to manage! Also I drive to work so any shoes which would be ok to drive in or is my only option to change shoes once I get to work. Work wear is formal/smart casual depending on occasion.

You must be the last person in the country still wearing high heels to work! I don’t think I’ve seen them anywhere in real life for a decade …

I like loafers and their summer equivalent, t bar shoes. But I also happily wear ankle boots and knee high boots pretty much all year round unless the weather is boiling. Mary Janes look lovely on other people. All of these can be found at every price point.
