LED caps/face masks

I have lost a considerable about of hair. Been diagnosed with female pattern baldness. Have been put on HRT to increase hormones to see if this helps.
I have also lost 2 stone in weight recently and I think being on a restrictive diet has also contributed to hair loss.

Has any one used an LED cap to help stimulate growth?

I have been thinking about an LED mask for fine lines, but do you think it would be possible that after wearing mask for face, I could then place on my head .
Or is this not possible?
