Smart casual jacket

I have a number of smart winter work coats and numerous hiking style waterproofs. What I'm lacking is a nice jacket for the spring weather that is smart enough for work but casual enough for non work. I'm not looking for anything too formal e.g. suit jacket/blazer, neither am I looking for a puffer style jacket or the like.

Any ideas?

Thanks @Britpopbaby , I quite like the black bomber jacket but none left in my size. The New Look one is a bit too casual for what i'm looking for, but thanks for the suggestions!
